ИМХО, в книге 'Властелин Колец' впрямую нигде не указывается дальнобойность эльфийского лука (т. е. не указывается расстояние). Вот описание выстрела Леголаса в одного из Назгул: книга 2, глава 9 'Великая Река' (Chapter 9, The Great River):

Лук, следует заметить, работы эльфов Лориэн, longer and stouter than the bows of Mirkwood, т. е. длиннее и мощнее, чем оригинальный Мирквудский лук Леголаса.
Если это важно, Вы можете попробовать поискать дальнобойность Мирквудских луков в книге 'Хоббит', там, где описывается Битва пяти воинств - примерно определить расстояние, исходя из предыдущих глав, в которых описываются окрестности Горы и сама Гора, потом выяснить, где находились эльфы и армия гоблинов. К сожалению, я не могу этого сделать сам, потому что нахожусь на работе, а текста под рукой нет.
