а в чем смысл именно английского? просто вдохновило так? )

имхо, kill - will, power - tower и проча - не рифмы, пофиг что не русские. В смысле, слова ближе некуда, особенно эти два существительных с разницей в одну букву.
еще ритм изломан зачем-то. второй раз дочитать до конца было сложно, похоже на детскую песенку, причем наредкость неряшливую. Не больше(

Звучит как считалочка. "Я сидел читал газету..." Ярких образов нет, поэтических приемов только ритм и рифма, ни завалящего сравнения для приличия. В основном язык очень прост, одна шекспировская инверсия на общем фоне как конфета в супе -- не к месту. Чередование форм  "will" и " 'll" ритма для -- можно, конечно, но мешает. Короче, проза лучше получается.

напомнил другое:

you will shoot 'til shots run short...
maybe will or maybe not.
