Так как Хоббиты жили грубо говоря в деревне тогда можно предположить что их Всеобщий модифицировался таким образом что у них не было (грубо говоря) ВЫ !! Тогда когда он говорил с Денетором он ему ТЫкал что убедило слуг в том что он ему ровня а там далее пошло "Раз ровня значит князь!!"
