Толкиноведам и примкнувшим — на радость: выложена книга 2006 года издания (как, у вас до сих пор её нет?) Ents, Elves, and Eriador: The Environmental Vision of J. R. R. Tolkien М. Андерсона и Дж. Эванса, с предисловием Джона Элдера и послесловием Тома Шиппи. Всё это на английском языке, конечно.
Книга даёт развёрнутую оценку сочинений Толкина в контексте современной экологической литературы, сравнивая их с работами многих известных учёных-экологов прошлого века.
